Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping on orders over $200.
Orders under $200 are subject to a shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
All orders are shipped via Purolater or UPS.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only. Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Do you ship to the United States or internationally?

At this time, SiderAL® products from Sigma Life Sciences are available for shipment within Canada only.
We do not ship to the United States or international destinations.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment through our delivery partners, including UPS or Purolator, depending on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Because our fulfillment centre processes orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed, including changes to shipping addresses.

What is your return policy?

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on ingestible products.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us.

What if my order is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If tracking information confirms that your order was delivered to the correct address, we are unfortunately unable to replace or refund the order.
We recommend contacting the courier directly to investigate the delivery. They are best equipped to assist with delivery confirmation or next steps.

What is SiderAL® iron?

SiderAL® is a Sucrosomial® iron supplement designed to support iron levels while being gentle on the stomach.
It uses a patented delivery system that allows iron to be absorbed efficiently with fewer gastrointestinal side effects than traditional iron supplements.

How is SiderAL® different from traditional iron supplements?

Unlike conventional iron salts, SiderAL® iron is encapsulated in a phospholipid and sucrester matrix, which helps reduce common side effects such as nausea, constipation, and stomach upset while improving absorption.

Who should consider taking SiderAL®?

SiderAL® may be suitable for individuals who:
  • Have been advised to take iron by a healthcare professional
  • Have difficulty tolerating traditional oral iron
  • Are looking for a gentler iron option

Do I need a prescription to purchase SiderAL®?

No. SiderAL® is available without a prescription in Canada. You may need to ask your pharmacist, as it is often kept behind the pharmacist counter.

Is SiderAL® approved in Canada?

Yes. SiderAL® products are licensed Natural Health Products (NHPs) and are regulated by Health Canada.

How should I take SiderAL®?

Please follow the directions on the product label or the guidance provided by your healthcare professional.

Can I take SiderAL® with food or other supplements?

SiderAL® can be taken with or without food.
If you are taking other supplements or medications, consult your healthcare provider for personalized advice.

Is SiderAL® suitable for people with sensitive stomachs?

SiderAL® is designed to be well tolerated, even in individuals who experience side effects with traditional iron supplements. 

Is SiderAL® safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Yes, SiderAL is proven safe during the pregnancy or breastfeeding period. However, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, including iron.

How should I store my SiderAL® products?

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
